More time for writing

I got a robotic vacuum, a Roomba, for Christmas. It vacuums another room while I'm on the computer. I love it, and the dog doesn't seem to mind. After it bumped into her a few times, she learned that SHE has to get out of ITS way because it will not change course.

    Let me know how this works out for you. I have 6 dogs AND pet sit so I need a little extra fur removal help. :)

    I didn't get the "pet model" and so far the 560 model is doing well cleaning up after two adults and one Westie. Whenever it wears out, I will buy another one. With 6 dogs, the regular size bin may not be enough for you. The pet model comes with a larger bin.

    I clean Roomba after it does one carpeted room. It can easily do two rooms with hardwood floors before I clean it. I no longer have to Swiffer every day under the sofa. The pet hair does seem to wind itself around the ends of the brushes and can be a nuisance - the easiest way to get it off is with a pair of tweezers.
